Pointillism Jazz Trombonist

Acrylic on illustration board by Philip Williamson

I painted this tilted Trombone player for a school assignment, circa 1998. As much as I like it, it is for sale. I just don’t have enough wall space to show off all my work.
price: $1,000 or 800 lbs of apples. I like apples. Alot.

Reasons you should own this artwork:

  • it’s original, not a print, and will likely appreciate in value after I’m dead
  • it celebrates jazz music which has been cool for the last 70+ years
  • African American heritage and jazz music are obviously intertwined, but when painted it’s not a stereotype
  • it contains your favorite color…
  • cover up that hole in your dry wall
